    11th House Agency is a fast-paced talent management office representing artists with recognizable work across fashion, film, music, commercials, and entertainment. We're looking for an Agent Assistant to join our NYC office and start immediately. This is an entry-level role with salary commensurate with experience, ideal for someone with prior experience as a personal or executive assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You'll work closely with agents and gain hands-on exposure to client relations, artist management, production, negotiations, sales, and agency operations, with room to grow into more responsibility as you develop. Schedule & Location Based in the WSA Building in Manhattan. Hybrid schedule (in-person Tuesday through Thursday). Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with availability before and after hours as needed to support agents, artists, and active jobs.
