Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting • Execute daily outbound activities targeting curated lead lists, online sign-ups, abandoned carts, and other digital engagement sources., • Call, email, and chat with dozens of prospects per day to introduce Brimar’s safety solutions and qualify interest., • Use HubSpot CRM to generate calling lists, enroll leads into email sequences, track outcomes, and manage follow-ups., • Monitor website visitor behavior and cart abandonments to proactively engage warm leads., • Nurture leads through the early buying stages, conducting discovery to understand customer needs and qualifying potential., • Maintain consistent messaging and process discipline while tailoring communications to individual customer needs., • Receive ongoing coaching and participate in regular training to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales performance., • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related business environments., • High energy, self-driven, and exited to pursue a career in sales, • Strong phone presence and the ability to think on your feet during live conversations., • Excellent written communication skills, especially in email., • Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), email sequencing tools (like Outreach), and live chat platforms., • Detail-oriented and able to manage many active tasks without losing focus or follow-up., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • Preferred experience with eCommerce, B2B products, or technical sales is a plus., • Interest in industrial safety, hardware, or compliance-driven product categories preferred.
