Maintain tracking of outreach status and support follow-up efforts aimed at building long-term relationships and brand partnerships. * Develop Engaging Social Media Content: Collaborate to create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms, including visual & video content. * Execute Targeted Social & Digital Outreach: Conduct weekly LinkedIn outreach (e.g., ~100 targeted connection requests), maintain consistent posting schedule and prompt engagement cadences for LifeHikes and leadership social media accounts, and support quarterly email campaigns. This may include running and optimizing paid social campaigns in coordination with Marketing team. * Social Media Analytics: Track and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions). Maintain awareness of trends, algorithm changes, and new features * Coordinate Event & Relationship-Building Activities: Support logistics and outreach for showcase events and client dinners in key cities, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications. Experience & skills required: * Demonstrated experience managing contact lists, CRM systems, or other types of databases with strong attention to detail and data cleanliness. * Comfortable executing a high volume of structured outreach activities consistently (e.g., LinkedIn connections, follow-ups, email campaigns) while maintaining accuracy. * Experience with LinkedIn, SalesForce.com, email tools such as Reply.io, and basic marketing platforms like Mailchimp. * Proficient in social media platforms including LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, and TikTok. * Experience with video creation and editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, nonverbal), especially the ability to write concise, professional outreach messages to a wide variety of stakeholders. * Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at once while ensuring a high level of accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited oversight. * Excellent ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment; startup or small company experience preferred. * Curious learner who takes responsibility for your own growth, knowledge, and development. * Ability to utilize technology, including AI tools, to make your work more efficient. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people, including clients and cross-functional colleagues, across time zones and cultures. The Manager position in Asset Management Risk provides general operational risk oversight for Fidelity Digital Asset Management and related businesses. Responsibilities include gathering important industry, market, and internal data, developing tools to measure risks and trends, and evaluating how these issues may impact Asset Management, our clients, and associates. This role will be accountable for analyzing data and controls to identify emerging and significant risks, perform targeted data-driven risk assessments, and develop risk management reporting using data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment and passion for risk management, asset management, and academic/or work experience in related markets or fields. Candidates with SQL, programming, or data visualizations skills would be a plus. Strong communication, presentation and writing skills are also an important success factor. Overview of the role: We are seeking a Vice President, Industry Relationships to lead our engagement across the advertising, policy, and regulatory ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of ad tech, policy, and product, and will serve as a key external and internal voice on complex industry issues, including privacy, identity, measurement, and emerging AI governance. This leader will represent the company with trade bodies, standards organizations, and regulators, while also translating evolving external dynamics into clear, actionable strategies for internal teams. The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in ad tech mechanics, not just policy frameworks, and is equally comfortable influencing external stakeholders and advising product, legal, and commercial teams. The impact you'll make: • Represent the company across key industry forums, trade bodies, and regulatory discussions, building credibility and influence without a traditional lobbying posture, • Engage with organizations such as the Interactive Advertising Bureau, IAB Tech Lab, Association of National Advertisers, and other relevant industry groups and regulators like the FTC, CMA, EDPB, DG COMP, the AI Office, CFPB, FCC, ASA, JFTC, etc., • Lead conversations on complex topics, including privacy frameworks, consent signals, identity/addressability, measurement standards, competition concerns, and AI governance, • Translate ambiguous or evolving external developments into clear, actionable guidance for Product, Legal, Revenue, and Communications teams, • Partner closely with Product and Commercial leaders to ensure industry changes are reflected in product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, • Serve as a trusted internal advisor on regulatory risk, platform policy changes, and industry standards, • Help shape the company’s point of view on critical industry issues and ensure consistent external messaging, • Build and maintain a strong network across regulators, platforms, and industry leaders, particularly within the New York ecosystem, • Identify emerging regulatory, policy, and industry trends that may impact the company’s technology, data practices, and business model, proactively shaping internal strategy and external engagement, • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the company’s perspective is effectively represented in industry initiatives, standards development, and cross-company collaborations, • Strengthen the company’s visibility and credibility across the broader advertising ecosystem by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including platforms, publishers, regulators, and policy leaders The experience we need: • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, MarTech, media policy, or related fields, • Deep, hands-on fluency in ad tech mechanics, including identity, addressability, measurement, and data infrastructure—not just policy interpretation, • Significant experience engaging with trade bodies and standards organizations, • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially U.S. state privacy laws, Federal Trade Commission considerations, platform policies, and emerging AI governance, • Experience in senior roles such as General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, policy leader, or standards executive within ad tech or adjacent industries, • Demonstrated ability to translate complex external developments into practical business and product decisions (“operator mindset”), • Executive presence with the ability to navigate nuanced, high-stakes discussions with regulators, partners, and senior stakeholders, • Demonstrated credibility and influence within industry forums, policy discussions, or standards-setting bodies, • Strong ability to bridge policy, technology, and commercial considerations in order to guide strategic decision-making, • Experience working cross-functionally with product, legal, and revenue teams to translate industry developments into scalable platform capabilities or market strategy, • Based in New York, with an established network across the advertising and media ecosystem At InMobi, you’ll be surrounded by people who… • Think big and act fast: We’re entrepreneurial, thrive in ambiguity, and love solving high-impact problems, • Are passionate, fanatically driven, and take immense pride in their work: We care deeply about the impact we create and continuously push our potential, • Own their outcomes: We take responsibility, make bold decisions, and execute with confidence, • Embrace freedom with accountability: We value autonomy and understand that trust comes with responsibility, • Believe in lifelong learning: We welcome feedback, challenge ourselves to grow, and aren’t afraid to take smart risks Award-winning culture, best-in-class benefits Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location. The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $257,920 — $346,550 USD (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation. *Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
