Job Summary: The Senior Architectural Designer will oversee all phases of assigned residential projects, ensuring that design quality, technical accuracy, and project timelines meet or exceed expectations. This role requires deep expertise in New York City zoning and building codes, ability to managing design team, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
