Job Description Role Overview: The Digital Graphic Designer will be a key contributor to the marketing team, responsible for producing creative assets that support campaigns across all channels. This role requires a strong design sensibility, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all materials are cohesive and on-brand. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Asset Production:Produce high-quality digital marketing assets, including but not limited to:, • Email campaigns (creation and light asset management)., • On-site web banners, category banners, landing page assets, • Social media visuals and paid social ads., • Brand & Campaign Cohesion: Support the Sr Director of Creative by translating a single creative direction into a cohesive suite of assets across all relevant channels and specifications., • Content Creation: Supplement static and video content production by creating and editing posts for social media, with a focus on engaging our community., • Co-op Creative Support: Assist in developing and templatizing creative materials for brand partners (e.g., pet food and medication co-op campaigns)., • Project Organization: Maintain and organize marketing files, including file naming conventions and tracking image licensing/expiration dates., • Copy & Content: Utilize AI assistance to generate and refine concise, on-brand copy for marketing materials., • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital graphic design, with examples of multi-channel campaigns. Pet-related experience is not required., • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign., • Experience with Figma is required., • A solid understanding of brand identity and the ability to work within established (and evolving) brand guidelines., • Experience in email design and an understanding of email marketing campaigns, • Light video editing experience., • Experience with AI tools for content/image generation.
