Job Description ADM Productions, a leader in the development of corporate events, video production and brand building experiences is seeking a talented, driven, & enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our corporate communications team. The individual will design materials for our roster of high profile clients and will be responsible for producing and editing presentations that achieve the objectives of the client’s project. The Presentation Specialist will primarily be working in PowerPoint, but should be comfortable in Keynote or other platforms. This designer should be able to collaborate with clients, senior production crew and design staff to both produce and cleanup existing PowerPoint decks and Keynote presentations. Skills/Qualifications: • Well-developed communication skills and a professional demeanor., • Expert Level PowerPoint authoring and editing skills in recent versions of PowerPoint., • Able to create original templates, slide masters, color themes, animations, and chart graphics., • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both digital and print media., • Understanding of image formats, resolution, and size., • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator., • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks., • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking, acute attention to detail & excellent customer-facing attitude, even while facing challenging deadlines., • Ability and desire to work in both a corporate and production setting., • Live event and headset experience are major pluses but not required. Willing able and excited to travel. Ability to travel up to 15%; must be able to work weekends and nights periodically and in accordance with event needs and client hours.

Job Description Role Overview: The Digital Graphic Designer will be a key contributor to the marketing team, responsible for producing creative assets that support campaigns across all channels. Key Responsibilities: • Asset Production:Produce high-quality digital marketing assets, including but not limited to:, • Email campaigns (creation and light asset management)., • On-site web banners, category banners, landing page assets, • Social media visuals and paid social ads., • Brand & Campaign Cohesion: Support the Sr Director of Creative by translating a single creative direction into a cohesive suite of assets across all relevant channels and specifications., • Content Creation: Supplement static and video content production by creating and editing posts for social media, with a focus on engaging our community., • Co-op Creative Support: Assist in developing and templatizing creative materials for brand partners (e.g., pet food and medication co-op campaigns)., • Project Organization: Maintain and organize marketing files, including file naming conventions and tracking image licensing/expiration dates., • Copy & Content: Utilize AI assistance to generate and refine concise, on-brand copy for marketing materials., • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital graphic design, with examples of multi-channel campaigns.
