Job Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to produce visually engaging designs that communicate our brand effectively. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute designs for both digital and print media. · Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral. · Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. · Develop original design concepts, layouts, and visuals that effectively convey brand messages. · Ensure all designs are consistent with GMI Trading’s brand identity and meet project deadlines. · Edit and retouch images to enhance the quality of visual content. · Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring they meet technical specifications. · Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work. · Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects. · Prioritize GMI projects as needed during high-volume periods. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. · 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house environment. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). · Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, color theory, layout design, and digital/print work. · Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation. · Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus. · Must be in the NYC time zone and able to prioritize GMI projects when needed.

Responsibilities: • Create and deliver compelling design concepts - graphics and layouts that are more than just photoshop cut outs with drop shadows., • Develop creative that supports sales and builds equity in the FOCO brand and Licensed Brands while working within brand guidelines and any established campaign structure as needed., • Take tasks from design brief all the way through to implementation on multiple platforms., • Highly skilled in using industry-leading software and technologies, ie: Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint and Keynote., • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio., • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and collaborate., • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, ie: nights and weekends around sporting events., • Awareness of and interest in latest digital + social media trends shaping sports, ie: the cross-section of sports // pop culture // music // fashion // art // entertainment., • Passionate and invested in your work and curious to learn., • Possession of creative and artistic flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality., • Ability to research and share modern visual trends in sports, entertainment, and from lifestyle brands to inspire future projects., • Branding and logo development experience. Strong composition, layout, and typography skills., • Ability to communicate and present ideas to peers whilst explaining design decisions., • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment., • Occasional travel possible. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in arts or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience1-3+ years of experience in retail, Licensing, or Sports related experience is a plus(REQUIRED) Must provide a strong professional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills/abilities. Required Skills: • Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint and Keynote., • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills/abilities., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively. Preferred Skills: • Graphic design degree or certificate from an accredited art/technical college preferred., • Experience with motion and interactive graphics is a plus., • Experience working for professional or college sports team.
