Opportunity We are looking to add to our Product and Marketing organization with a Product Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of commercializing software products and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience taking software products to market, ideally within the enterprise SaaS segment, and understands what it takes to drive product adoption, accelerate pipeline, and increase revenue. Direct-to-consumer product marketing experience is also valued. This is not a brand marketing or content-only role—we need someone who has been directly responsible for commercializing products that sell. The chosen candidate will join a collaborative team focused on helping you achieve your career goals while driving product-led growth across the ChartRequest platform. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our products, develop compelling positioning and messaging, arm the sales team with the tools they need to win, and ensure that our product story resonates with buyers at every stage of the funnel. This position reports to the SVP of Product and Marketing at ChartRequest. Primary Responsibilities • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and product updates. Define target segments, develop launch plans, and coordinate cross-functional marketing activities to drive adoption and revenue., • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that articulates unique value propositions, competitive advantages, and benefits to healthcare professionals, legal firms, and enterprise organizations., • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including product collateral, sales presentations, battle cards, competitive analysis documents, FAQs, and demo scripts. Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure they are equipped to win deals., • Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of the healthcare information technology landscape, including customer needs, buying behaviors, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market segmentation and identify target customer personas to inform product marketing strategies., • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including competitor products, pricing, messaging, and market positioning. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the product and executive teams to maintain our competitive edge., • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling, educational content that demonstrates the value and capabilities of ChartRequest products. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, video scripts, and other content formats that resonate with target audiences and support the buyer journey., • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Account Management teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement, upsell, and cross-sell., • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive demand, and increase product adoption across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, events, and conferences., • Support product-led growth initiatives by managing product and development roadmap communications, ensuring consistent and effective release communication programs exist throughout the organization and user community., • Lead and manage weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assist with goal setting across your functional area., • Demonstrated commitment to the PATH. Required Qualifications & Experience • 5+ years of product marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of commercializing software products that drive revenue (enterprise SaaS strongly preferred), • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for B2B or B2B2C software products, • Hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and buyer-facing content that directly supports pipeline and revenue goals, • Direct-to-consumer product marketing experience is a plus, • Strong understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle, buyer personas, and how product marketing accelerates deal velocity, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, • High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization, • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and analytics tools to measure campaign and content performance, • Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred), • Healthcare technology or health information management experience (Preferred, not required) Compensation This role includes a quarterly incentive compensation plan with performance bonuses. The base compensation will be between $80,000 - $100,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $92,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and demonstrated ability to commercialize software products. Prior product marketing experience where the candidate was directly responsible for driving product revenue is a requirement for this role. Hybrid Policy This is an in-office role in Scottsdale, AZ or Atlanta, GA with a travel requirement quarterly to Atlanta, GA and monthly to meetings and conferences.
