Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following: · Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with company leadership. · Create digital marketing campaigns for sales and recruitment. · Collaborate with the team to manage social media platforms and company website. · Create and coordinate the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials. · Conduct marketing research to identify high-potential market segments to facilitate growth and expand geographical project reach. · Create marketing presentations for estimating and business development teams to pitch to clients. · Design interactive company displays and schedule, coordinate and attend collegiate and/or trade school job fairs to enhance company presence for recruitment. · Collaborate with company leadership to organize company events. · Optimize software setup and databases (Procore, OpenAsset, FollowupCRM) for more efficient use. Qualifications · Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a marketing concentration, Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, or a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing. · 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a civil/heavy construction company. Key Competencies · Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. · Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and execute multiple projects simultaneously. · Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving, analyzing information, and developing effective marketing strategies. · Capacity to develop creative ideas and engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. · Self-motivated and resourceful. Proficiencies · Business productivity software such as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive) · Construction bid management and prequalification software such as Procore. · Customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Followup CRM, Salesforce, etc. · Digital asset management (DAM) software such as OpenAsset. · Content creation and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress. · Social media management such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. · Analytics and SEO such as Google Analytics.
