Job DescriptionJob Title: Market Hall Delivery Manager Job Description We are seeking a skilled Market Hall Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery system. This role involves maintaining an integrated master schedule, driving accountability across teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization. Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end Market Hall delivery system, ensuring integration and accountability across teams., • Run weekly delivery meetings and establish consistent reporting on status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions., • Drive opening readiness through go-live and stabilization, including service planning, vendor mobilization, readiness testing, soft launch, and post-opening follow-through., • Coordinate site walkthroughs, inspections, mock drills, and manage daily operational rhythm during opening week., • Oversee vendor mobilization and service integration, ensuring clear scopes, staffing models, communication protocols, and cross-functional operational alignment., • Implement and support operator/tenant standards, including compliance processes, escalation frameworks, and recordkeeping., • Manage risk, issue, and decision management by maintaining a live risk register and packaging decisions with options and recommendations for leadership.Essential Skills, • Experience in tenant improvement, vendor management, construction management, and project coordination., • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, quality assurance, site construction, site management, and change order management., • Strong skills in document control, data entry, and Microsoft Office., • 3-5 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or tenant coordination., • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery with multiple vendors/operators and overlapping deadlines., • Strong command of project controls, including schedule management, risk/issue tracking, dependency mapping, meeting cadence, and executive reporting.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • BA Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or similar preferred but not required.Work Environment Work onsite Monday through Friday at a new development in Anaheim, California. Spend 50% of the time in a temporary office space, and the other 50% engaging with tenants, general contractors, and facilities management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $39.66/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
