Job Description We are seeking a Behavioral Technician/ Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for our Saturday Outing! Hours 8:30 AM-2:00 PM every Saturday (Outing plus documentation ) Responsibilities: • Transport clients from local sober living homes to 12-step meetings/ local meetings and scheduled outing, • Take attendance, • Counsel and advise individuals or groups with substance abuse/Mental health, • Develop and implement a Saturday Outing (bowling, workout class, beach, arcade, mini golf, golf range, gym etc.), • SUDRC/ RADT credential (minimum), • Valid CA drivers license with no restrictions, • CPR/AED/First aid certificate (needed within 1st week of hire), • TB test (needed within 1st week of hire), • Previous experience in a treatment setting, • Experience in conflict resolution, • Compassionate and caring demeanor, • Ability to build rapport with clients, • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionBreakAway is a comprehensive outpatient facility that offers its services to adults and their families seeking help from psychological challenges and/or substance abuse.
