Job Description The Executive Assistant is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented and able to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to two busy executives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Manage and coordinate calendars for both executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel schedules., • Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence emails, letters, memo's on behalf of the executives., • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications to ensure timely and appropriate responses., • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal staff, clients, and vendors., • Take detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables., • Coordinate internal logistics such as AV setup, catering, and venue arrangements for meetings and company events., • Monitor key projects and deadlines, providing updates and summaries to ensure goals are met., • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism., • Assist with personal appointments, errands, and family logistics as needed., • Plan and organize complex travel itineraries for both business and personal trips, including flights, accommodations, and transportation., • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and related administrative documents., • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate functions, dinners, and off-site retreats. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail, • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, • Professional discretion and integrity in handling confidential information, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels, • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in problem-solving EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, • High School Diploma/GED Company DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for executing and monitoring all phases of the quality process flow, including receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections, while also assisting in quality system development, leading quality teams, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with AS-9100D and ISO-9001:2015 standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the primary function of the Quality Supervisor to perform and monitor all phases of Quality process flow. This includes, but is not limited to the following: -\tQuality System Development: Assist in establishing and maintaining quality management systems in alignment with AS-9100D and ISO-9001:2015 standards. -\tTeam Leadership: Leading quality team, facilitating training, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization. -\tData Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing quality metrics, trends, and performance data to inform decision-making and drive improvements. -\tAudit and Compliance Oversight: Conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory and certification requirements. Other Activities: -\tReport, isolates and identifies suspect and nonconforming products and out of control conditions. -\tPrepares nonconformance reports (NCRs) and conducts MRB meetings as needed. -\tAssist in Inspection (incoming, first article, In-process & final inspection) & approves or rejects products for shipments -\tPerform floor audits and verify that in-process control checks are performed at established frequencies, documentations are properly filled out and instructions are being followed. -\tAssist on internal calibration, monitors calibration system and arrange calibration with calibration providers. -\tPrepares PPAP packages and similar documents. -\tPerforms and analyzes capability studies. -\tProcess Engineering Change Requests. -\tCreates and updates quality documents: FAIRs, In-Process Control Plans and SPC forms. -\tUpdates and creates work instructions, visual aids and prepares quality reports. -\tTrain other QA Techs and Operators. -\tOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.
