As client’s partner with us, we focus on more than just a business relationship; it's an opportunity to unlock a world of value-added services that will enhance operational standards and elevate success by unifying our clients’ supply chain networks through superior technology, assets, and information services. 1st Shift: Position Summary The Returns Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all return logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of returned goods. This role requires a strong understanding of 3PL operations, inventory control, and reverse logistics while managing a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily returns operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, and processing returned products., • Ensure compliance with client-specific return policies, quality control standards, and company procedures., • Manage and train return associates, providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback., • Track, monitor, and report return trends, discrepancies, and root causes to improve processes and reduce return rates., • Collaborate with inventory control, customer service, and warehouse teams to reconcile product disposition (restock, refurbish, dispose, or return to vendor)., • Maintain accurate system records for all returns in WMS (Warehouse Management System)., • Ensure proper documentation and labeling for products being restocked or removed from inventory., • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput., • Monitor safety practices within the returns area, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards., • Support the Operations Manager with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.Requirements:, • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred., • 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role., • Strong knowledge of reverse logistics and returns management processes., • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
