We are seeking a Director, Cleaning Operations to lead large-scale, multi-site operations aligned to a global client account. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across three major sites and multiple remote locations, overseeing a workforce of ~125 team members. You will operate as a senior field leader, translating global strategy into consistent, high-quality execution—driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence. 🚀 What You’ll Lead Operational Excellence • Own full-service delivery across all assigned sites—ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency, • Drive disciplined execution through strong site leadership and clear accountability, • Ensure all scopes are delivered on time, on budget, and to ISS standards People & Culture • Lead and inspire a 125+ person workforce through layered leadership, • Build a culture rooted in accountability, safety, engagement, and performance, • Partner with P&C to attract, develop, and retain top talent, • Develop future leaders across your sites Performance & Innovation • Analyze data, staffing models, and productivity to unlock efficiencies, • Optimize labor deployment, routing, and service delivery models, • Implement standardized SOPs and best practices across all locations, • Leverage technology and data (e.g., Zan Compute, Power BI) to drive smarter operations Client Partnership • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites, • Serve as the senior escalation point for operational matters, • Translate client expectations into measurable outcomes and service excellence Financial Leadership • Own labor, supply, and operational cost performance, • Drive cost efficiencies without compromising service quality, • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Program & Change Leadership • Lead implementation of new programs, systems, and service models, • Ensure seamless transitions for new scopes and operational changes, • Track KPIs, milestones, and continuous improvement initiatives 📊 Your Impact Success in this role means: • Consistent, high-quality service delivery across all sites, • Strong alignment between global strategy and local execution, • A stable, engaged workforce with clear structure and accountability, • Measurable gains in productivity, cost control, and service quality, • Elevated client confidence and long-term partnership growth 🤝 What You Bring • 10+ years in cleaning, facilities, or janitorial operations, • Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams (100+ employees), • Strong operational and financial acumen, • Experience in complex environments (corporate, manufacturing, campus settings), • Expertise in workforce planning, productivity optimization, and cost control, • Experience with cleaning technologies and data analytics tools, • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Power BI, • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, • Experience navigating union environments preferred ✈️ Work Environment • Multi-site leadership role with up to 50% travel, • Combination of field leadership and strategic planning, • Active role: walking sites, leading teams, and driving execution 💡 Why ISS?
