• position follows a school schedule (day time hours/time off etc.)., • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, • Provide training and supervision to other staff members within the district, • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis, • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children, • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques, • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members, • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions, • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans as needed
