Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of exercise physiology, body mechanics, and program design to help clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide personalized training sessions, motivate clients, and foster a supportive environment to promote health and wellness. The best part? Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels., • Develop customized workout programs that incorporate safe and effective exercises based on clients' goals., • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and nutrition to enhance their overall fitness experience., • Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement., • Lead group fitness classes when required, creating an engaging atmosphere that encourages participation., • Maintain a clean and organized training environment while ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition., • Promote health club services and programs to potential clients through effective sales techniques., • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in personal training. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field such as sports coaching or group fitness instruction., • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics as they relate to exercise., • Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients., • Previous experience in sales or customer service within a health club setting is preferred., • Certification from a recognized organization in personal training or related field is required., • A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals is essential. **If you are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals and are not currently certified, please ask the Personal Training Director at the club to acquire your certification at a discounted rate!
