Responsibilities: • Project Evaluation and Analysis: Comprehensive Review of Job Information: Thoroughly examine all pertinent data available through Building Connected or email correspondence. This includes but is not limited to drawings, schedules, specifications, building regulations, and any other bid-related documents., • Systematic Organization of Data: Methodically categorize all downloaded information into a structured estimating folder, ensuring accessibility and clarity for subsequent analysis and reference as outline in the Estimating Procedure Manual., • Coordination of Site Walk-throughs: Facilitate arrangements for comprehensive site walkthroughs as necessary, ensuring adequate representation.
