This role is suited for a master’s-prepared (MBA or MHA/MNA) Emergency Medicine Nurse Leader, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with significant clinical and administrative experience. In close partnership with the Emergency Department Medical Director and senior leadership, the Director leads clinical operations, workflow redesign, quality improvement initiatives, staffing strategy, and budget oversight. While primarily administrative, the role also includes a clinical practice component aligned with the individual’s licensure.
