About the Position: As a parking enforcement officer, you play an important role in promoting public safety and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. You will be the friendly face that drivers encounter when parking in public spaces. Through your enforcement of parking laws and regulations, you help create an environment of orderliness and fairness in the community. Accountability • Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations and address violations promptly., • Document parking violations accurately, ensuring proper records are maintained., • Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing information and assistance as needed., • Report incidents, security concerns, and maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate authorities., • Foster a sense of unity and camaraderie within the parking enforcement team., • Support colleagues when needed and promote a positive working atmosphere., • Provide exceptional customer service to parkers, addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism., • Educate parkers on parking regulations and offer guidance to ensure compliance., • Monitor parking to maximize revenue collection while minimizing unauthorized parking., • Identify opportunities to improve parking enforcement efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a passion for logistics and people.
