Job Description Music Enrichment Specialist (Part-Time) Chula Vista, CA Monday–Friday | No nights or weekends Are you passionate about music and love working with children? Join our team as a Music Enrichment Specialist and help inspire young minds through fun and engaging music-based learning experiences in elementary schools across Chula Vista. What You'll Do: * Lead interactive enrichment classes focused on music concepts * Create a joyful, educational environment that encourages creativity and participation * Support students' musical growth through rhythm, melody, and movement ✅ Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old * Minimum of a high school diploma * 1 year of classroom management experience (preferred) * 1 year of music instruction experience (preferred) Schedule: * Part-time hours, Monday through Friday * No evening or weekend shifts * Classes will take place between the hours of 2:30pm and 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Schedules vary by day and by school site. As such, you should be AMAZING at your job and have great interpersonal skills. Your main role is to support the veterinary team, clients, and patients. You will be responsible for appointment booking, client care and communication, phone triage, invoicing, and everything in between. A typical day for the Veterinary Receptionist includes answering up to five phone lines, quickly navigating through patient records, thoughtfully determining needs of patients based on customer information as well as investigating patient history and scheduling as allowed by hospital protocols and legally established guidelines, and carefully updating medical records. Also, meticulously reviewing medical requests and prescriptions, retrieving small and large bags of pet food, and assisting with end-of-day cleaning duties to maintain the highest level of cleanliness for our patients and staff. The Veterinary Receptionist uses sound judgment when communicating with clients, responds quickly and calmly to emergencies, and maintains high standards of customer care. This person communicates clearly with the veterinarians, staff, and clients to ensure that patients receive the care they need. They are friendly and flexible in the face of varying expectations from clients and coworkers. They multi-task, prioritize tasks well, and think creatively. Successful candidates are compassionate, reliable, empathetic, positive, respectful, confident, resilient, communicative, hardworking team players who proactively tackle all duties based on priority without hesitation. Pay is commensurate with experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to work 4 - 5 full shifts per week between Monday - Saturday.
