We are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service from the very first point of contact. We are seeking a qualified and knowledgeable Paralegal to assist our attorneys in client intake, contract execution, case scheduling, witness preparation, and legal document drafting. The primary responsibility of this position is to support attorneys in providing legal consultations to potential clients and facilitating successful client engagements. For clients unable to visit in person, consultations are conducted via phone or Zoom. Key Responsibilities * Assist in legal consultations and contract execution by identifying clients’ needs and factual background and connecting them with the appropriate attorneys. * Manage potential clients and introduce them to the firm’s strengths and capabilities. * Build trust through consultations (in person, via Zoom, or by phone) and help convert potential clients into retained clients. * Collaborate with intake specialists and intake attorneys to ensure smooth case progression. * Provide direct support to attorneys across various practice areas (corporate, litigation, immigration, criminal, and family law). * Draft, review, and organize legal documents (contracts, corporate filings, visa petitions, supporting materials, etc.). * Manage case schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and responses through effective client communication. * Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategies and corporate transactions. * Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to collect and verify required information and documents. * Maintain both electronic and physical case files in compliance with confidentiality and firm protocols. * Prepare presentation materials, checklists, and procedural guides for internal and client use. Required Qualifications * Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant (experience in corporate law, immigration, criminal, or family law preferred) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong client management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional office environment * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with legal case management software preferred Salary information: $50,000~ Salary adjusted based on skills, experience and performance.
