About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catering Order & Marketing Coordinator to oversee all aspects of catering order management and drive marketing efforts specifically for our catering business. This role blends customer service, operations coordination, and marketing execution to help grow and streamline our catering program. Key Responsibilities Catering Order Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for all catering inquiries., • Manage incoming catering orders via phone, email, website, and delivery platforms., • Confirm order details, pricing, delivery logistics, and special requests., • Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery., • Maintain an organized pipeline of upcoming orders and follow-ups., • Oversee catering invoices, deposits, changes, and cancellations., • Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the process. Catering Marketing • Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically aimed at promoting catering services., • Manage catering content across social media, newsletters, website, and digital ads., • Develop promotional materials, seasonal offerings, and sales collateral., • Help maintain and update the catering menu, photos, and product descriptions., • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and community partners., • Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and provide monthly reports.

This is more than a traditional retail position. You will work closely with management to help oversee the day-to-day operations, sales, customer experience, inventory, merchandising, and overall appearance of the boutique. Must have solid knowledge of fragrances As a Fragrance Consultant aka Perfumer, you will be the face of our fragrance creations events at various events. Your key responsibilities will include: • Engaging with attendees and introducing them to creating selection of fragrances., • Providing personalized instruction with recommendations based on individual preferences., • Demonstrating fragrance application and educating customers on scent notes and product features., • Maintaining attractive and organized product displays., • Collaborating with the event team to ensure seamless operations.
