Job Description Riverside Management & Financials Services, Inc. is hiring an Events Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of community programs while working alongside the concierge team to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This position will manage events for the Homeowners Community located in Marina, California, and contribute to the overall resident experience at the Clubhouse. Key Responsibilities Include • Plan and implement resident classes, programs, groups, clubs, community, and special events., • Schedule the use of facilities for home association members and community organizations., • Ensure correct and complete processing of vendor payments and front desk revenue collections., • Oversee recreational and fitness activities; staffing, asset control, and maintenance., • Develop marketing and promotion plans to foster involvement and participation., • Ensure all events and programs support the vision and revenue goals of the Association., • Perform additional duties and complete special projects as needed. Ideal Candidate Qualities and Requirements • Two years of experience in an Event Planning or Marketing role is required., • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred., • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and planning skills., • Demonstrated knowledge of venue setup, activity creation, and vendor acquisition expertise., • Strong skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various software programs., • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to lead large groups., • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines. This position offers a competitive salary between $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience with an excellent benefit package, including health, vision, dental and 401(k) with employer matching.
