Job Description Job Title: AG Equipment Account Manager Location: Salinas, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $45,0000 - $65,000 annually DOE plus unlimited commission. This is what we offer our team members: • Medical coverage (PPO + HSA options), • Dental, Vision, and Life insurance provided at no cost, • 401K with competitive employer contributions, • 80 hours of annual vacation, increasing with years of service, • Uniforms provided annually, • Annual boot voucher of $125.00, • One full paid day off annually for community volunteer work, • Birthday meal provided by Sonsray, • Privately owned and operated, with decisions made based on core values rather than corporate directives, • Annual Holiday Party, including covered airfare and hotel for employees and a guest, • Emphasis on company growth and employee development Responsibilities: • Manage and grow accounts with small, medium, and large farming operations within the Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory., • Drive new business development to achieve sales volume, revenue growth, and gross profit goals., • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system., • Sell the company’s full range of offerings, including new and used equipment, short lines, rentals, parts, and services., • Generate new accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits., • Coordinate closely with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction., • Provide equipment demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits., • Regularly travel to visit existing customers and prospect new clients., • Highly prefer 5+ years` experience in agriculture machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry experience, • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment., • Strong self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and general internet functions., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license., • Ability to comply with all road safety rules, traffic laws, and Auto/Equipment Safety regulations.
