Responsibilities: • Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination, • Manage patient accounts, billing, insurance verification, and claims submission, • Handle accounts receivable, collections, and end-of-day financial reporting, • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and administrative dental staff, • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies, • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns and conflict resolution, • Coordinate with the dentist to optimize appointment scheduling and treatment planning workflows Requirements: • 3+ years of dental office management or senior front desk experience required, • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix), • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding (CDT codes), • Excellent skills in positn insurance payments to Dentrix Ledger, • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive office culture, • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred About Us: Robert M Bagoff DMD LLC is a trusted dental practice serving the West Orange, NJ community with a commitment to exceptional patient care and a warm, welcoming environment.
