Job Description The Inside Vehicle Graphics Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, and production teams. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating complex project requirements and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Sales to Customer Relations:, • Act as the primary liaison between customers, outside sales and the internal sales team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately relayed and understood., • Proactively follow up on missing customer information (e.g., dimensions) to prevent delays in the production process., • Clearly communicate design and production limitations or non-possibilities to customers through the sales channel, managing expectations effectively., • Ensure that critical customer information and project details are consistently maintained and accessible to all relevant teams., • Production:, • Collaborate closely with the production team to understand capacity and scheduling., • Assist in managing the installation and production schedule, prioritizing projects that align with current timelines and resource availability., • Gain a foundational understanding of production processes, including time spent on tasks such as weeding, cutting, and laminating, to better inform sales and customer discussions., • Design:, • Work with the design team on file management and organization., • Inform the sales team of any design constraints or infeasibilities, such as graphics that won't fit a particular vehicle type (e.g., "graphics won't fit on an Explorer")., • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the vehicle graphics or signage industry., • Strong understanding of customer relationship management., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities., • Familiarity with vehicle graphics design and production processes is a plus.Company DescriptionElite Vehicle Solutions is a rapidly growing company with room for career growth.
