Job Description The Machine Shop Lead is responsible for supporting daily machine shop operations by leading production activities, coordinating workflow, training Operators, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance. This position serves as a hands-on working leader within the machine shop and is responsible for supporting Operators, monitoring machining processes, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining production flow to meet operational goals and customer requirements.
