Job Description We are seeking Clinical Lab Nursing Instructors who are available to commit to a schedule of one or more of the same days or evenings per week, starting the Fall 2026 semester. Classes will be taught at both the Passaic and Sussex campuses. This is a part-time, hourly position. Title: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Computer Science Department: Computer Science Reports To: The Department Chair Position Type: Faculty Position Summary: The Computer Science Department at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position starting in Fall 2026. Exceptional candidates will be considered in all areas of Computer Science, but priority will be given to those that can build synergies in the area of Cybersecurity, defined broadly. We aim to hire at the rank of Assistant Professor, but exceptional candidates at higher ranks will also be considered. Essential Functions: -Computer Science faculty are expected to contribute to department's undergraduate and graduate instructional programs, pursue external funding, and publish in top conferences and journals. -NJIT has recently expanded its graduate programs to a satellite location in Jersey City, just across the Hudson River from the financial district of Lower Manhattan in New York City, where it serves the vast pool of working professionals in the region. The faculty may be called upon to teach at this location as needed.
