How you'll make an impact Partnering • Provide expert coaching and consulting advice to members of the Facultative leadership team along with appropriate challenge to ensure business and people objectives are met, • Partner with members of the Facultative Leadership team and to drive a high performing culture, improve employee experience and improve retention, • Partner with local HR teams
