In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred), • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate, • Reliable transportation (if required for travel), • Ability to pass background check, • RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) is a credentialed member of the Bassett Medical Staff who provides excellence in the continuum of care as a member of the patient care team, and facilitates a culture that engages employees, fosters innovation, and sustains program implementation. The CPS is responsible for assuring that optimal clinical services as offered under the auspices of the Section of Clinical Pharmacology, Department of Pharmaceutical Care Services are provided to patients on a daily basis.
