Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team and help to deliver the highest quality of service to our guests. JOB FUNCTION, TASKS, and RESPONSIBILITIES: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner; perform guest check-in and check-out, • Review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction, • Provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors, • Receives and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes, • Communicates guest requests and issues to the proper departments, • 1-2 years prior Front Office experience, • Luxury hotel experience preferred, • Hospitality degree preferred, • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management system, • Strong attention to detail, • A positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staff, • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, • Leadership and customer service skills, • Have flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overnights and weekends, • Multilingual (preferred), • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Looking for growth and development into a supervisory/ management role PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NOTE: All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
