This role requires a professional with a strong background in patent litigation, particularly in PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board), IPR (Inter Partes Review), and PGR (Post Grant Review) proceedings. Manage and drive forward all aspects of complex patent litigation cases from inception through trial., 2. Represent clients in PTAB, IPR, and PGR proceedings, developing and implementing strategic plans for each case., 3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement., 4. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses., 5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure the highest level of client service., 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in patent law and regulations, and advise clients accordingly., 7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, client meetings, and presentations. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required., 2. Must be a member in good standing with a State Bar., 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong emphasis on PTAB, IPR, and PGR proceedings., 4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about complex legal issues., 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills., 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues., 7. Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships., 8. Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team., 9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software., 10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
