Position Summary: The Agile Program Manager leverages deep expertise in Agile methodologies to drive multiple integrated projects across cross-functional hardware, firmware, application, and cloud development teams. The Program Manager is responsible for aligning delivery with strategic objectives, driving execution through Agile frameworks, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring consistent value delivery at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Own and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-project programs aligned with business strategy., • Define program vision, execution roadmap, milestones, and success metrics., • Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalation across projects., • Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, engineering, R&D, Product Management, Tech support and sales teams., • Provide clear, data-driven status reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes., • Translate business objectives into executable plans., • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across competing priorities., • Manage forecasts and provide guidance on resources to be allocated., • Identify and execute opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and quality., • Leverage metrics such as velocity, lead time, throughput, and KPIs., • Drive process improvements and department agility at scale., • Empower the team to make actionable decisions based on data. Critical Success Factors: • Deliver alignment between hardware, firmware, app and cloud roadmaps., • Provide explicit dependency tracking between US and China teams., • Create well-defined ownership of platforms, services, and interfaces., • Deliver shared program goals, definitions of “done,” and success metrics across regions., • Define clear decision rights (what is global vs. local)., • Drive and influence trust between regional leads despite time zone and cultural gaps. Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study., • 5+ years of experience in program management or project management in complex business environments., • 3+ years managing programs in Agile or scaled Agile environments., • 3+ years managing cross-functional programs in Jira., • Demonstrated strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)., • Proven experience driving cross-functional, distributed teams., • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., • Agile certifications are a plus., • Jira administration experience a plus.
