Job Description MST Therapist About the Position: You will receive ongoing training in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement MST as designed. In addition, the Manager is responsible for maintaining the education-focused beds on the farms, as well as leading curriculum development, program planning, strategic visioning, and evaluation. This position also supervises seasonal community education work such as culinary workshops, depending on overall staffing and funding. Regular data entry, email correspondence with participants, teachers, and colleagues, and other weekly admin work are critical responsibilities of this position. ROLE DESCRIPTION: BASS ABA is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Case Supervisor) in your area. A BCBA is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. Effectively aligns goal development and implementation strategies to promote company objectives and ensure exceptional progress related to established care plans.
