Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing • Manage a caseload of serious injury cases from intake through trial or resolution., • Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation., • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs., • Collaborate with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the courts., • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to overall case strategy and firm growth.Experience You Will Need, • 2–10 years of exclusvely plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience., • Licensed to practice law in New York State., • Proven litigation and negotiation expertise., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to lead, organize, and mentor within a team., • Client-first approach with a focus on achieving results.
