The Licensed Clinician is responsible for the provision of direct clinical services and coordination with other agencies serving the clients. They will demonstrate competence in providing trauma-related care, utilizing evidence-based approaches, and must possess the ability to engage and effect change through a person-centered model. The Licensed Clinician will demonstrate initiative, flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. The Licensed Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices, embracing trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, and will demonstrate co-occurring competence to deliver services that are integrated and holistic.
