Job Description Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Nutritional Premix Manufacturing Location: Schenectady, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (with on-call rotation; weekends/holidays/overtime as needed) Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience A day in the life At 7:00 a.m., you step onto the production floor of one of dsm-firmenich’s largest global premix plants, supporting our Human Nutrition and Health business. By 8:15, you’ve issued a safe work permit and coordinated lockout/tagout. Mid-morning brings a motor swap and a root-cause analysis on a pneumatic line. After lunch, you log PMs in Fiix, calibrate an air compressor, and assist a teammate with a hydraulic adjustment.
