RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine repair costs., • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for automotive repairs, including parts, labor, and additional services (Using the CCC ONE / Mitchell software)., • Communicate with insurance adjusters to explain estimates and negotiate repairs.
