Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at our Cross Hill Academy location for the 2026–2027 school year. What Success Looks Like • Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll, • Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids, • Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day, • Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problemRequirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13., • Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations., • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability., • Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
