We're looking for an Agent Assistant to join our NYC office and start immediately. This is an entry-level role with salary commensurate with experience, ideal for someone with prior experience as a personal or executive assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You'll work closely with agents and gain hands-on exposure to client relations, artist management, production, negotiations, sales, and agency operations, with room to grow into more responsibility as you develop. Schedule & Location Based in the WSA Building in Manhattan. Hybrid schedule (in-person Tuesday through Thursday). Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with availability before and after hours as needed to support agents, artists, and active jobs.
