Job Description Senior Architectural Designer - Ground-Up Residential (8+ Years) If you want your residential work to start at the ground and go up, not just fit-outs, this is worth a conversation. I'm partnering with a celebrated Brooklyn-based design studio known for distinctive, design-forward work spanning ground-up residential and high-end interior architecture, to find a Senior Architectural Designer who can take projects from concept sketch through construction documents. This is a boutique studio environment: small enough that your drawings, renders and ideas shape the project directly, with the kind of creative range, architecture and interiors under one roof, that larger firms can't offer. And with just three studio days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), it's one of the more genuinely flexible setups in the NYC market right now.
