Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate, empathetic and skilled Licensed Associate Counselor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, purpose-driven, and eager to deliver care using our signature BRAVE Method, a step-by-step healing approach rooted in deep therapeutic connection, emotional release, and long-lasting change. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to adults dealing with trauma, self-sabotage, chronic self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Conduct clinical assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Leidy Quispe (CEO) and participate in ongoing consultation and training Maintain detailed, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice policies. Keep updated and timely therapy notes for clients Provide high-quality care while contributing to a collaborative team environment that values clinical independence, professional integrity, and adherence to established practice protocols. Actively contribute to the evolving culture and growth of the practice through thoughtful feedback and participation in team initiatives. Maintain all necessary licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and ethical standards. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active independent licensure in New Jersey (LAC). Minimum of 6 months of post-graduate clinical experience Open to be trained in our Proprietary Method and integrate it as your core clinical framework. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, inner child work, or somatic-based approaches. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Detailed Oriented with therapist notes Compassionate, emotionally attuned, and grounded in empathy. Compensation and Benefits Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, credentialing). If you’re passionate about production and want to learn hands-on in a flexible and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. What you’ll do Assist on set by installing and organizing production equipment and tools. Serve as “extra eyes” to capture shots from different angles. Record Behind The Scenes (BTS) content. Ensure the set is prepared and organized for each session. **Early Childhood Assistant Teacher** Gumedia Nutritional Sciences School is looking to hire an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher. You will be involved with the following classrooms as needed: • Infant + Toddler (soon to open) • Preschool • Pre-Kindergarten • Kindergarten You will play an integral part helping to execute lesson plans and assisting in establishing structure and routine for each unique child. You will assist in the daily operations of the classrooms to ensure a smooth learning environment for the students. Although you must safeguard the schedule and routine, you should also be adaptable. There will be so many ways that you will be helpful: Preparing classroom materials and setting up learning centers Assisting with lesson plans and activities, including leading small group activities Directing school activities such as arts and crafts Supervising children during playtime and transitions Providing individual support to children who need extra help Observing and documenting children's progress Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment Communicating with parents and teachers regarding children's need Watching students during school drop-off and pick-up times. As an educator and coordinator, repetition, follow through, and anticipation skills are key.
