Job Description Responsibilities include: • Coach and mentor small children at the USAG compulsory level, • Develop and implement lesson plans, drills, and training programs, • Prepare gymnasts for competitions, • Experience coaching in USA Gymnastics (USAG) and/or USAIGC competitions, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work with and motivate young gymnasts Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter highlighting their coaching experience
