Job Description The Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Team Lead will be primarily responsible for supervising the Intensive Family Intervention staff/team and successfully managing program services. This individual is also responsible for providing direct services to clients in accordance with the Department of Mental Health and Addictive Disease (MHDDAD) guidelines while maintaining public awareness of program services. Team Lead Responsibilities • Provide direct supervision and oversight of all assigned team members to ensure clients receive services at the authorized frequency, in full compliance with program, payer, and regulatory requirements., • Assign and manage caseloads for all staff, ensuring clarity, balance, and accountability.
