Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Credentialing Coordinator to support provider credentialing, compliance, and quality assurance activities. This role is responsible for managing credentialing processes, maintaining accurate provider data, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities • Enforce regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards, • Process credentialing applications for:, • Initial appointments, • Reappointments (125–200 quarterly), • Perform and manage verification and accreditation documentation, • Maintain and update provider records in the Echo database, including:, • Education, • Training, • Licensure, • Experience, • Track and monitor license and certification expirations, • Prepare reports and documentation related to credentialing activities, • Ensure all applications meet legal, federal, and state guidelines, • Prepare materials for:, • Credentials Committee, • Medical Executive Committee (MEC), • Board of Trustees meetings, • Schedule, attend (as needed), and record minutes for medical staff meetings, • Process and collect dues for medical staff, • Conduct data audits and maintain accurate provider directories, • Maintain strict confidentiality of provider information, • Support additional administrative and credentialing duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Strong knowledge of the credentialing process, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Proficiency in computer systems and database management Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in healthcare credentialing or medical staff services, • Familiarity with credentialing databases (e.g., Echo or similar systems), • Experience working with compliance, accreditation, or regulatory standards Core Skills • Credentialing & provider enrollment, • Regulatory compliance & quality assurance, • Data management & reporting, • Attention to detail & accuracy, • Communication & coordination, • Time management & multitasking Benefits: Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
