The Opportunity: The Director, Customer Engagement leads customer support strategy and operations for CSL’s vaccine business within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role is responsible for leading the customer support operating model and partnering across Commercial Operations, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and other key functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable business performance. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business/Marketing. MBA or other graduate degree preferred, • Minimum 10+ years' healthcare experience with at least 8 years' pharmaceutical/ biotech in a leadership role, • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries, • Experience with customer experience improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement initiatives, • Vaccine or biologics experience preferred The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $245,000 - $300,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.

Responsible for X-raying patient using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs (x-rays) of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the Radiologist. The Opportunity GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of major hyperscale data center developments across the United States. As a Cost Manager, you will support the commercial management of major construction packages on behalf of the client, ensuring robust cost planning, procurement, cost reporting, forecasting, change management, and financial governance throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Design Teams, Project Controls, Procurement, contractors, and client stakeholders, you will provide commercial leadership across planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases. Responsibilities • Scope & Delivery Management, • Manage the commercial delivery of construction packages throughout the project lifecycle., • Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans., • Review contractor applications for payment, valuations, and commercial submissions., • Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost risks and opportunities., • Support procurement activities including tender preparation, tender evaluation, and contract award recommendations., • Manage change control processes, variations, and commercial assessments., • Support final account negotiations and project close-out activities. 1. Stakeholder Coordination • Work closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Procurement, Project Controls, and contractors., • Attend commercial meetings, project reviews, and client progress meetings., • Coordinate commercial inputs across multidisciplinary project teams., • Provide commercial advice and cost reporting to client stakeholders., • Develop strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners. 1. Risk & Compliance Management • Identify and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle., • Review and assess variations, change events, and contractual implications., • Support contract administration in accordance with project requirements., • Monitor contractor commercial performance and contractual compliance., • Ensure commercial activities comply with project governance procedures and client reporting requirements. 1. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive commercial dashboards., • Maintain cost plans, change registers, risk registers, and procurement trackers., • Produce earned value analysis, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting., • Support preparation of executive reporting and client presentations., • Maintain accurate commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 1. Collaboration & Integration • Work collaboratively with Project Controls, Construction, Procurement, BIM, Design, Quality, Safety, and Commissioning teams., • Support integration between commercial reporting, project schedules, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities., • Promote commercial best practice across the project., • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cost Management function., • Promote a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. Qualifications • Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline., • Strong understanding of cost management, commercial management, and contract administration principles., • Experience using CostX, Cubit, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent commercial software., • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills., • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret commercial and financial project data. What Experience We Are Looking For • 5+ years' experience within Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or Commercial Management on major construction projects., • Experience working in consultancy, client-side, or main contractor environments., • Experience delivering hyperscale Data Centres, Mission Critical, Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Energy, or major Infrastructure projects., • Demonstrated experience managing procurement, cost reporting, forecasting, valuations, change management, and final accounts., • Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration., • Experience reviewing contractor commercial submissions and supporting project financial governance., • Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, EPC, or other major construction contracts is advantageous., • Strong communication, commercial awareness, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and fast-paced construction environments.
