Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager with expertise in the US health insurance industry to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects for health insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs). The successful candidate will ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time and within budget, and comply with regulatory requirements. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $115k - $135k/year & benefits (see below Oversee end-to-end project management for health insurance solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables., • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track project progress and make adjustments as necessary., • Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact., • Ensure projects adhere to US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and other applicable laws., • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations., • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and finalized documentation for stakeholders., • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including IT, compliance, underwriting, and business operations., • Implement best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements to enhance project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, information technology, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus., • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within the US health insurance or healthcare industry., • Deep understanding of US health insurance operations, regulatory environment, claims processing, provider networks, and enrollment systems., • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum., • PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred., • Familiarity with health insurance IT systems, cloud technologies, data security, and health informatics., • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and manage client relationships., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution., • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-changing healthcare regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with TPAs, healthcare technology vendors, or health plan organizations., • Knowledge of data analytics, digital health initiatives, and automation in health insurance., • Familiarity with US healthcare compliance standards and cybersecurity protocols.
