Job Summary: The Client Services Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of Housing Specialists within the housing services program. This role is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery to clients, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and fostering professional growth among team members. The Supervisor will also conduct annual performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, support, and training to ensure staff meet performance standards and program goals.
