Job DescriptionDescription: Team Assistant Position Summary: Provides clerical support to the Clinical Manager in managing the day-to-day team operations through assigned workflow processes driven primarily by cross-matrix EMR reports. Supports the home health team by anticipating and responding to team processes related to scheduling, and complete, accurate, and timely flow of patient information. This includes, but is not limited to, patient visit scheduling; MD orders management; assigned workflow processes; and general clerical support to Clinical Manager and assigned clinical Team functions. Responsible for keeping the flow of team processes organized to expedite communication and support policies and procedures that ensure smooth, continuous team operations. In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will Shine Hope as you will provide program secretarial and receptionist functions including directing all incoming phone calls and preparing program correspondence. Provide accurate data entry into the DFPS PEIS database of all service data for all participants served in accordance with contract guidelines. Data entry includes registration, service data, and outcome data. You will also prepare invoices for payments; submit monthly billing and accounts receivables, perform monthly contract billing, maintain accurate accounting logs, and prepare purchase orders.
