Your opportunity The Sales Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the Vice President, Provider Partnerships, ensuring that every member of the field team is fully equipped, data-informed, and performance-optimized. This role blends onboarding, training, marketing resources, analytics and process design to build and scale a high-functioning partnerships team that drives patient referrals, provider relationships, and market expansion. You'll assist with data analytics (HubSpot CRM, Superset analytics, and mapping tools), marketing materials, dashboards, and playbooks that power decision-making ensuring every Territory Manager has the insights, tools, and structure to succeed. What you'll doTraining & Onboarding • Design and lead the Territory Manager Onboarding Program for all new hires across various markets, • Build and maintain a training library (relationship playbooks, referral scripts, objection handling guides, and territory management best practices)., • Implement a structured 30-60-90-day ramp plan for all new Territory Managers with measurable learning milestones and performance checkpoints., • Conduct quarterly workshops to upskill the team on referral growth strategies, relationship management, and CRM optimization., • Partner with clinical and marketing teams to ensure consistent education on service lines, patient pathways, and messaging compliance (HIPAA, brand, etc.)., • Create territory playbooks that define call cadence, event strategy, and community engagement expectations by market., • Assist with the development of new marketing materials for the field team., • Lead development of email campaigns to providers with assistance from the brand/performance team.Territory Data & Analytics (HubSpot, Superset, Dreem Core, Map My Customers), • Manage all territory data infrastructure in HubSpot, including provider segmentation, account mapping, and territory alignment., • Build dashboards in Superset to visualize referral trends, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity., • Identify high-impact providers, underperforming territories, and emerging referral opportunities., • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights for the VP of Provider Partnerships and regional leaders., • Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot to ensure referral tracking and ROI reporting are precise and actionable., • Support integration of customer mapping tools and external data sources into HubSpot to optimize route planning and outreach prioritization., • Assist with Dreem Core our internal referral platform to adapt to the needs of the team, • Assist with ongoing development and build out of Map My Customers for the field team to utilize for route optimization and call planning. Strategic Leadership Support, • Serve as the key operational partner to the VP of Provider Partnerships, translating strategic goals into field execution., • Assist in preparing monthly business reviews, dashboards, and growth reports for leadership., • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation for partnership team members., • Manage special projects such as territory expansions, partnership integrations, and new service line launches., • Act as the voice of the field in leadership meetings — surfacing insights, barriers, and success stories.Required qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)., • 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider partnerships, sales enablement, or operations., • 3+ years in building or leading a field team., • Proficiency in CRM usage for reporting, workflows, dashboards, sequences and Superset analytics (or similar BI platforms)., • Strong analytical background able to translate data into strategy and action., • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills; comfortable facilitating workshops and leadership meetings., • High degree of initiative, organization, and accountability in a fast-moving, multi-market environment., • Exceptionally strong structure, operational rigor, and financial discipline; proven ability to build scalable processes, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively., • Requires occasional travel for field visits as needed to support team performance and market growth.
